Shipping
We make every effort to have your package to your doorstep within 5-7 days after your order is placed.  Shipping times are approximate and are not guaranteed.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Return and Cancellations

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Please include the reason for the return. We'll notify you via e-mail with shipping return information.  Cancellations may be made within 24 hours.

Our goal is your 100% satisfaction.  If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Understandably, we cannot accept returns of items that are worn, altered, laundered, embroidered, screen printed or damaged by the purchaser.  Items should be in original condition and packaging with all tags and labels as shipped.   

Refunds

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  Please note that Colors may vary slightly from the online swatches due to individual monitor settings.

To assure proper credit, all returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.  If you would like to make an exchange, please refer to the sizing charts to assure proper fit and note "exchange" on the return label.

Please note that original shipping and handling as well as return shipping is non-refundable.
